LOCATION: Makapala Retreat Center, Kapaʻau, Hawaii Island
FOOD: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Meals will be primarily vegan with fish.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Dorm rooms with bunk beds each and community style bathrooms. Please BRING YOUR OWN pillow, bedding, blanket, and toiletries. It will NOT be provided at the retreat center. No food in dormitory because it will attract animals.
WHAT TO PACK: Summer clothes, beachwear, towels, sunblock/ sunhat, mosquito repellent, sandals, sneakers for hiking, warm clothing for cold nights, toiletries & bedding/sleeping bag (required).
